I don’t know if the owner or a manager or just a star barista served me, but it was great.
He was friendly and attentive and just easy to talk to.
I asked for a “basically diluted espresso” and that worked well. But still, he had to be super clear with the other barista (was he new? in training?) to make sure I got what I wanted.
I wonder if I’m the only one that wants a slightly diluted espresso ever? Well, as I go on with my journey I’ll find out.
Then I went for a walk and it was nice.
I came back home and did my laundry and then met up with two girlfriends near Harbourfront. Then I walked all the way home. Almost all the way home. I took a bus at some point that detoured but I was too tired to get out on time, and I still had to walk home a huge loop. ergh. Was tired but happy overall.
